The Porta Nuova is the new main business district of Milan, Italy. It is named after the well-preserved Napoleonic gate built in 1810–13 on the site.

The project, approved in 2004, interests three main areas: Porta Nuova Garibaldi, Porta Nuova Varesine and Porta Nuova Isola. You can read more on Wikipedia at this link.

The area comprises many interesting high-rise buildings, parks. Including the famous Unicredit Tower and Pavilion, the Bosco Verticale and Place Age Aulenti with its fountains.
